Located in Bethesda, Maryland in the downtown area, this European bistro-style restaurant combines great food with a great environment. Café Deluxe has a large variety on their menu with a good assortment of starters, soups/salads, sandwiches, pizza, entrees, sides, and desserts. Additionally, Café Deluxe has a good beer and wine list and Happy Hour menu. I personally have only been to the one in downtown Bethesda, and I truly enjoyed the experience each and every time. Downtown Bethesda is such a beautiful and nice area. It almost looks like a mini Washington D.C. Café Deluxe is located in a really cute alley with shops and has huge open windows in the front of it (you can also sit outside). This makes for a very nice meal setting. The food itself is also delicious. My personal favorites are the Crispy Chicken Spring Rolls, Grilled Salmon with Orzo, and the Meatloaf. However, everything is made with such care and there is virtually no way to go wrong. With a relatively inexpensive menu this makes a great place to go with the family or even take a date for a romantic evening, like Valentine’s Day.
