For a lovely, yet very palatable dinner, consider making a reservation at della’s after dark american bistro. Della’s after dark is the night life of the day time della’s delectables, a local deli. Being that it is transformed from a deli, one may be reluctant to try it’s cuisine. However, it is a very fine restaurant with fantastic food and an atmosphere of sophistication. They offer many options in each course: Creamy Pumpkin and Blackbean Soup, Tuscan Panzanella Salad, Alaskan Salmon Tacos, Roasted Vegetable Tagliatelle, and Banana Spring Rolls just to sample a recent menu. I’ve personally had wonderful roast duck cooked to perfection among other delicacies. In fact, I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve eaten here, and I thoroughly enjoy good food often. You will experience quite a treat dining here not only for the full 5 course meal, but also for the live jazz. Music really adds to the restaurant as you sit and enjoy the groovy sounds of a keyboard, double bass, percussion and vocalist. Requests are often taken. The performance is sure to be exquisite; a perfect compliment to the soft lighting, great food and simple, yet modern decor.
