The first time I had food from Nana Rosa Biscotti Company I fell in love with it. It started with just dessert on the way home from work. The smell of the garlic and fresh bread filled my whole sense of being. The cannoli was amazing. The shell was the perfect crispy texture and the sweet, silky smooth filling just rounded out the perfect dessert. The miniature chocolate chips in the filling were just an added bonus. The tiramisu cake was then suggested to me as well by the owner. Wow! He was right! He said the cake was heavenly. Perfect words! Just the right amount of sweet and bitter from the rum sauce added with the perfect texture of the cake and marscapone filling. My wife and I figured if the desserts were this good, then the food would have to be. Again, we were right. I ordered the homemade Italian sausage and peppers. It was maybe the best Italian sausage I have ever had. The sweet peppers were the perfect compliment. My wife really enjoyed the baked ziti as well.
