Before I had discovered Saraga Oriental Market I had to rely on purchasing my Asian food groceries through an online store. This was a bit of a hassle because it would take over a week to receive my packages from the store. After some research I found the information for Saraga Oriental Market. I was surprised because the store is located in my hometown of Bloomington, IN! Happily, I visited the store the next day and was quite pleased with the selection. I was able to buy everything I needed including miso paste and nori. I was even happier when I discovered they sold various Asian goodies such as Ramune (a soda) and Hello Panda cookies. I love them and they are a nice treat, just usually very difficult to find in my area. The checkout was very fast and the cashier that day was very pleasant. The woman who was running the checkout even offered to allow me to sample some new chocolates that she had just gotten in. I was very happy about this because not many stores offer services like that. Overall I must say this is an excellent store. I’m very happy to have found it and have been a loyal customer ever since.
