Garden Golf and Go Karts is great place for an afternoon family trip. There are two main parts of the facility: the mini golf courses and the go carts. For younger kids, the two mini golf courses are terrific and offer much variety. On the “Magic Mountain” course, there are all sorts of exciting holes. One runs inside a man-made cave behind a waterfall. Another has a moving model of the Loch Ness Monster, and the others have various gadgets and gizmos to make the course more exciting. But the best hole is the last, in which your balls runs down a series of chutes and ladders and finally races down a slide. To get to the hole, you have to slide down after your ball. The second course is not as exciting, but offers various obstacles, from Greek pillars to statuettes. Both are very worthwhile. The go-carts are perfect for older kids. They run on a long, tire-rimmed course, so all crashes and mishaps stay very safe. Usually, there are about six carts on the course at a time, offering an exciting and adrenaline-filled racing experience, but if your family does not like the go-carts, they can always go play mini-golf.
