If I could give them a negative 100 I would. Do not join this gym, do not give these people your card number, there finance company is terrible, shady is not strong enough of a word to describe them. The lady’s at the gym are a joke, if you do go to this gym right back and explain to me what there purpose is?
To make a long story sorter, I have auto payments with them every month and this last month I was overcharged instead of charging me one time I was charged two. The finance company told me to fax them a back statement I did, I called them and lady said that they got it and it would take 10 days. That was a month ago, I called to check after about 15 days and they said they never got a fax!!! I have spent this whole month sending/faxing these people proof, my bank statement, and they have repeatedly said they have not gotten it. I did attention it to everyone they said to attention it to and got nothing. I then decided to call the gym, they act like I was talking in Greek they then asked me to send them a copy of my bank statement I took it to them personally, they said they are going to call back that was a week ago. I called there finance company and they say they got nothing, they don’t know what I am talking about. These people are lying, unhelpful, unethical, nasty and rude. GO TO ANOTHER GYM, GO TO PIVOTAL, 24 HOUR FITNESS, BALLY, YMCA, OR JUST WALK BEFORE YOU GO HERE. This is not the first time I have had problem with these people. I just should have stayed fat, cause these people are going to give me a heart attack.
