Brown Box Electronics is a wonderful company! They sell their goods on eBay and their business website. I was looking to purchase 10 printers for a family friend, who has a dumpster business. I went to pick up my printers in Mission, KS and the staff was friendly. They had plenty of brand new sealed printers in stock. They even helped load them into my truck! We had a few issues setting up the printers at first, but they sent one of their technicians out for free to fix the problem! He was there the next day after we called, and set all of our printers up for us. It turned out to be user error causing the issue. The printers work wonderfully, and I will be purchasing more supplies from them soon. I can’t believe all of the great stuff they had in their warehouse. It was a Techie-Geeks Heaven for sure! I may be purchasing an HP laptop I saw in their warehouse, and maybe even a Plasma NEC TV. The prices are fair, and the customer service cannot be beat! They can run circles around the big box computer stores any day. It is hard to find such personal, friendly service with a smile these days!
