The Stillwater Golf Course is located in Billings, Montana. It is a nice town filled with great people and a great golf course. The course is a nine-hole course and is fairly cheap. During the summer there are occasional tournaments. The course is a well kept course that blends in with the beauty of the surrounding area. The course is located right next to the river and the greens are known to break towards the river. Keep your ball left through the whole course and you should not lose a ball. There are five par four holes, two par three holes, and two par five holes. There is also a driving range that is available. Electric carts are able for rent and push carts are as well. This course is really easy to walk because there aren’t very many hills to deal with. This course is relatively easy and is a fun way to spend an afternoon by yourself or with family or friends. Fairview Golf Center, located in Elmsford, New York, is a great place to take the family, or just to practice your game. The facility has been there for over a decade, and is enormous. This place has everything if you are looking to golf, with the exception of a full sized course. There is a two level driving range that offers a variety of options. There are many different markers so that you can practice your chip game, short iron, and drives. There are many tee sizes, and the balls are very affordable. They have a large selection of decent clubs in case you can’t bring your own. They also have two mini golf courses that are two different difficulties. It is a great place to take your family or significant other for a nice non competitive match of putt-putt. There is also a small practice putting green that you can use as well. There is one last place near the mini golf course and that is a real sized green with a few bunkers and some rough. You can really practice your chip and short game. Dykeman Park Golf Course is located in Logansport, Indiana right off of State Road 17 near the intersection with State Road 24. Its location within the city park makes this golf course municipal. It is open to the public and has inexpensive rates that will appeal to any golfer. 18 holes sit on 10 acres of land. The front nine is on the east side of the course. Including three par 3’s and one par 5 the front side is a par 34. Don’t let the par fool you though. Many of the holes will challenge even the most skilled golfer with a longer length and many areas of hazardous woods. The greens are fairly flat to the naked eye, but beware their speed in the middle of winter. The back nine sits on the west side of the course and meets up with the actual Dykeman park playground and picnic area. The backside is much hillier and has an even longer length than the front. Its three par 3’s and three par 5’s give it a par 36 for the 9 holes. Dykeman has many different tournaments that you can participate in throughout the summer, including scrambles, fundraisers, and even the local city tournament. Make sure you call ahead for a tee time, especially on the weekends as the course schedule fills up fast. Knights Action Park is a great place for a family to enjoy. The park includes Go-Karts, Paddle Boats, Electric Water Boats, Fair Rides, A Putt-Putt golf course, a golf field, and an amazing Water Park. If you want to spend a day with the family and enjoy multiple activities at one setting, Knights is the place to be. The park is reasonable in terms of pricing, and the fun is immeasurable. The park is very well maintained, and looks brand new. The customer service is outstanding, and the environment is very relaxing. Knights Action park is very large, and you will never get board. I love relaxing on the lazy river, and swimming in the wave pool. The food is inexpensive, and you will always feel safe at Knights Action Park. Lifeguards are everywhere, but not in the way. The park does not have a pool, your chances of drowning are slim to none. The restrooms, and shower rooms are very tidy, and have all of the proper necessities. If you would like to take a hot shower before or after you day at the park, Knights provides a very nice shower room. If you want to enjoy the entire park, I recommend the family packages, very reasonable, and well worth the money. The park also has an outside movie theatre, and a Roller-Rink next door. I enjoy the location of the park because it isn’t too far from town, and isn’t too close too town. I love taking my family to Knights Action and Water Park, I hope you’ll have the opportunity to give it a chance. Knights Action Park, the only park in town that will give you multiple activities to enjoy for a very affordable rate.
