Nowadays, who wants to go out to breakfast and spend a whole bunch of money? Nobody does. That is why you should totally forget about IHOP, Denny’s, etc, and go to Tom’s Diner in Manassas, VA! This diner has it all, and even has a classic/vintage diner style look to it. In my opinion, the food is even better than all of the big name restaurants out there today. Although it is not a big place and can get kind of crowded at some points, it is roomy enough for you to get to know people you have never met before and make new friends! The staff that works there is also very nice. The waitresses will basically get you anything you ask for and they are always so courteous. Also, the location of the diner is super convenient. If you are like me, you do not want to drive all the way across town or into another city just to find a good place to have breakfast. Tom’s Diner is located almost in the center of Manassas and close to a lot of neighborhoods. So, next time that you are in Manassas or you’re in Manassas and looking for a place to eat, make sure to stop by Tom’s Diner! Have Fun Watching The Game At The Philadelphia Tavern In Manassas, VA

The Philadelphia Tavern is located in Old Town Manassas. Shortly after moving to Manassas, a friend of mine who also lived in the area told me that we had to check out the Philly Tavern. There’s no designated parking, so you’ll have to park on the street or in one of the public parking lots, but we’ve never had any trouble finding a spot. The restaurant is long and narrow inside, and pretty tiny. You typically seat yourself. There’s a fairly large bar and a number of big flat screen TV’s. The only time we’ve had trouble getting seated is during Redskins and Virginia Tech football games! They usually run specials on the food during this time. There’s a lot of local and sports décor, and it’s very homey feeling. The menu is pretty diverse, including salads, sandwiches, pasta, and of course, Philly cheese steaks. They even offer Cheez Whiz for your cheese steak (I’ve never been to Philly but it’s my understanding that this is the “right” way to eat it). My family and I have tried quite a few of the menu items and everything is delicious. The staff is friendly and we’ve never had a bad experience with them. The prices are also very reasonable. The Philly Tavern is an excellent choice if you’d like to have a casual dining experience and try something new instead of visiting the same old chain restaurants. Nathan’s Dairy Bar In Manassas, VA Is The Best On A Hot Summer Day

Visiting Nathan’s Dairy Bar in Manassas, VA has become something our family looks forward to every summer. This little shop serves a variety of tasty treats including seasonal sherbets, one-of-a-kind sundaes, shaved ice and milkshakes. Everything is very reasonably priced and they do accept credit cards. It’s a small, stand alone building with one order window and one pick up window. The staff consists of mostly high school kids working a summer job and they are always friendly. Even though the line is often 30 or more people long on a warm summer night, they keep things moving very quickly and sometimes offer free samples of their daily special. It is a family-friendly and dog-friendly establishment. There are a number of tables with umbrellas and benches if you want to sit down and enjoy your dessert. You can also order a “pup-cup” – vanilla ice cream served with a milk bone. If your dog puts her paws up on the counter, she’ll probably get an ear scratch from the shop owner, whose own dog is often inside. Nathan’s even has a Facebook page and updates daily with the hours and the ice cream and sherbet flavors of the day. We would strongly recommend visiting Nathan’s Dairy Bar. There’s nothing we don’t like about it! Find more places you’ll like using globalYP.net, yellow pages that are online.
