Mindi’s is a really fun Mexican food restaurant in Luray. I love to go there because they really make you feel like you are part of the family. They have a real core of regulars, but they are very nice. I went to Mindi’s to watch the Super Bowl and it was the perfect place because you could enjoy some draft beer and have some nachos, but you didn’t have to clean up afterwards. It was really fun. Tacos Mexico, in Los Angeles, is the best place I know to get a cheap, carne asada taco! Granted, the tacos are about the size of the palm of your hand, but they are just too good to pass up.
