Cecilia’s Cafe Has Awesome Salsa In Albuquerque, NM

I have relatives who live in Albuquerque, NM, so I go to the town often in order to visit them. As a result, I’ve experienced a lot of the local cuisine. I generally tend to visit cafes, so I’ve seen a lot during my travels. One cafe in particular that I find to be amazing is Cecilia’s Cafe. This cafe is located in downtown Albuquerque. It’s a little cozy and rustic cafe that does not fit many people. There are usually not too many people ever in here and sometimes I am even able to have the entire cafe to myself! I love how it is decorated. It is a very charming little place to sit down and eat. The staff here is very friendly and prompt. They deliver your order in a heartbeat. The food here is very good and is Mexican style cuisine. I would like to point out that the chips and salsa are excellent. Yes, you have to pay extra for them unlike at some restaurants, but the taste and quality is worth the money spent. The salsa is very hot, though if you are unable to tolerate heat well you can request a more mild salsa when ordering. The flavor is very good and I love how the salsa has large chunks of vegetables in it. All of the food items I’ve ordered here have also been delicious. There are amazing tacos, nachos and taco salads. Find more great places in your area with globalYP.net, an online directory.

Mindi’s Has Mexican Food And Fun In Luray, VA

http://www.flickr.com/photos/obliquez/14692576/Mindi’s is a really fun Mexican food restaurant in Luray. I love to go there because they really make you feel like you are part of the family. They have a real core of regulars, but they are very nice. I went to Mindi’s to watch the Super Bowl and it was the perfect place because you could enjoy some draft beer and have some nachos, but you didn’t have to clean up afterwards. It was really fun. There were a lot of other fans there too, which made watching the game more exciting. They have a really fun tradition where they take everyone’s guess on the game’s final score and give the closest one a gift certificate. I think Mindi’s really has something special and I would recommend it to anyone in the area that wants to have a good taco in an awesome atmosphere. Some of my favorite dishes that they serve are the enchiladas and fajitas. I also like to go there for their super cheap lunch specials. Mindi’s is one of my favorite places to go in the Page county area, so I hope you will take my advice and that I’ll see you hanging out and enjoy good company and food over at Mindi’s. Tacos Mexico Has Tasty Carne Asada For Less In Los Angeles, CA

Posted by Keri W. on May 18, 2010
Eating & Drinking Places / No Comments

Tacos Mexico, in Los Angeles, is the best place I know to get a cheap, carne asada taco! Granted, the tacos are about the size of the palm of your hand, but they are just too good to pass up. They serve their tacos with two mini corn tortillas, carne asada meat, onions, and cilantro. That’s it. They are so delicious though. I believe they sell for about 50 cents apiece the last time I was thereWe would go in there, buy 20 tacos, and spend $10! How can you beat that?! You can always get extra onions and cilantro too, or not at all, if you don’t like that stuff. I would always get extra because it just brings out the flavor of the meat so well. Nothing beats their carne asada tacos. The neighborhood surrounding the taco shop may not be the best, and their parking lot is VERY small (and always crowded because they share it with other businesses). Overall, if you can deal with the above, you will not be disappointed with their delicious tacos at ridiculously low prices. Stop dealing with the phonebook and save yourself the hassle by using globalYP.net, a searchable online directory.

Mari Luna Mexican Grill In Pikesville, MD Brings You A Taste Of Authenticity

mari luna mexian grillMari Luna Mexican Grill (not to be confused with the Mari Luna Latin Grill) is hands-down the best Mexican food in Pikesville, MD. This great place serves authentic dishes with superior service. I am a non-native Spanish speaker and the waiters and waitresses take the time to let me practice my Spanish, while providing great service. The manager comes by our table every time we visit to make sure everything is going smoothly. He even personally took the time to refill my horchata, which is delicious! Whether you like tamales, chimichangas, chalupas, or tacos, mild, spicy, or unbearably hot, Mari Luna Mexican Grill has it all. The last time we went, I ordered the tacos with cordero Jalisco (lamb cooked with seasonings found in the Jalisco region of Mexico) and my wife had a chicken chalupa. Prior to this visit, I did not know that they made their salsa fresh every day. The famous salsa has just enough cilantro and onion to make it a little picante, but not overpowering. The chips are also fried fresh throughout the day. If you are a Mexican food fan or get a late night urge for something authentic, Mari Luna is the place to go! nacho mama'sNacho Mama’s in Baltimore, MD is a great place to visit if you like Mexican food. Anyone that is looking for a place to curb their Mexican food craving is sure to like Nacho Mama’s. This restaurant is located near many clubs and lounges and is open relatively late, for those late night food runs. They accept credit cards and they offer take out, as well as private rooms for your dining enjoyment. There is also valet parking! The atmosphere is amazing and the food completes the experience of eating at this establishment. Nacho Mama’s has a combination of quality Mexican food and satisfying drinks. I personally enjoyed the Spinach quesadillas and the margaritas. The quesadillas were warm and cheesy and the margaritas were absolutely delicious. The menu at Nacho Mama’s is complete with delectable appetizers and full course dinners. The Jambalaya is spicy, but delicious, and the signature drink, The Hubcap, is also a favorite amongst many that frequent this restaurant. Nacho Mama’s is especially popular during the warm months and on the weekends, so you may want to come a little early in case you have to wait. http://www.flickr.com/photos/jesswebb/3426496485/If you are ever driving around central Los Angeles, around the Pico and La Brea part of town, there is an amazing Mexican restaurant and drive thru spot that cannot be passed up. Lucy’s Drive Thru is quick and convenient and boasts some of the best tasting Mexican cuisine around. The place is conveniently located right off La Brea and its big yellow sign cannot be missed. They have a drive thru open 24 hours a day and you can go inside and order as well. I strongly recommend you try their tacos. They have hard and soft shell, depending on what you are in the mood for. The chicken tacos are simply phenomenal and should be enjoyed with a hard shell. They also offer plenty of plates to choose from where you can enjoy combinations of rice, tacos, enchiladas and more. The service is great and they always make sure to get you your food within ten minutes of ordering, at the longest. If you want to grab some food early in the morning, they also offer tasty breakfast burritos and plates. Their menu is very extensive and I have yet to try a bad meal there. For a great hidden gem, Lucy’s Drive Thru is a fast and convenient spot that must be tried the next time you are in the area. Chava’s Mexican Restaurant Has Super Tacos In St Louis, MO

http://www.flickr.com/photos/jhartney/2853645870/Chava’s Mexican Restaurant in St. Louis, MO is a fantastic to place to go if you’re in the mood for Mexican food. First, the service is terrific. They are friendly and right away you are greeted with chips and salsa. The drinks are cheap and they have a large selection of what a Mexican restaurant should have: margaritas. And they are all delicious! There is also a very generous selection of beer if that is more your speed. Next, the food is top-notch and the menu is large so finding something is a piece of cake. The fried tacos are usually my choice as they are perfect. Beef or chicken and filled with the freshest ingredients such as tomatoes, onions, lettuce, cheese or whatever you want! The standard rice and bean sides are a perfect complement to the fried taco meal. Chava’s also has a large vegetarian section if that’s what you’re into. Lastly, I know dessert doesn’t always sound great after a large meal of tacos, but the fried cheesecake is so good. It’s large, so sharing it with another person is a great idea. A pastry filled with cheesecake and smothered in chocolate and caramel, the fried cheesecake is the perfect way to end a delicious meal. Or you could just have another margarita!
