Rossi’s Ristorante in Archbald, PA is the perfect combination of class, warmth, and excellent food. The staff is very welcoming and attentive while the atmosphere is extremely relaxing, yet sophisticated. Drinks are available at the bar or can be brought to you by a server. Reservations may be necessary to ensure availability. My family and I always go to Rossi’s for special events and celebrations. They food is by far the best Italian food I have ever had, other than my Italian grandmas. Their sides of pasta are so large; you are guaranteed not to finish it. Although it is a nice treat the next day when you still have mounds of pasta to enjoy. My all-time favorite meal is the Veal Marsala with a side of spaghetti. I also enjoy their Tiramisu for dessert. In all honestly, I have never had one meal I did not thoroughly enjoy. They also always have different specials that are just as delicious. It is more than apparent Rossi’s thinks out their menu selections very carefully and ensures they have a pleasant and ambitious staff dressed in black and white. This would be the perfect restaurant to take you Valentine for Valentine’s Day dinner . The lights are always slightly dim and the place has a romantic feeling all around.
